Title of Job: Construction Project Manager/Owner's Rep
Status: Exempt
Reports To: Director of Construction
Summary of Position: The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the management of assigned Clients and construction projects. This position will manage existing client relationships (along with Adaptive’s Business Development Specialist), manage projects, (scope, schedule, budget, etc.), Manage Client’s general contractors and subcontractors. The Construction Project Manager is solely responsible for the successful completion and close out of all new construction and remodel projects.
